1.Driving License and Age
For groups B, C, minimum age requirement is 23
with at least three years of valid driving
license or valid international driving license. For
other groups 28 years of minimum age with 5
years of valid driving license is required.
2.Rental Period
Rental period is calculated on a day bases. Please
contact our offices for special long term
rental rates.
3.Prices
Automobile insurance, oil lubrication,
technical
maintenance,7/24 road support, third party
liability insurance (in limited legal policy
borders) are included in the prices.%18 V.A.T.
is not included in the price. Petrol is on
renter’s account. Drivered service and guide is
provided on request. Baby car seat, wheel chair, navigation
and mobile phone can be rented as long as
requested 48 hours prior to rental time. Daily
charter price is €2. Additional driver price is
€2 daily/per person. Insurance cost for tyre
splits, headlight and glass breakings (LFC) is
€30 up to 14 days and €50 up to 15days and more
.
4.Payment
Full payment is required at the time of
rental. Minimum rental is 24hrs. If vehicle
return 3 hrs. after agreed time,
full day rental rate is charged. €200
is taken as deposit and given back on return. Deposit
is not required from valid
American Express, Visa, Diners,
Eurocard, Master Card holders.
5.Insurance
All of our vehicles have got automobile
insurance. Apart from an ordinary accident, tyre
splits, headlight and glass breakings, spare tyre
pilferage, loss of license and keys are not included
in the insurance. If the renter pays insurance
fund,
the renter will be excluded from
responsibilities. In
order to remain Collision Damage Waiver valid, traffic
and alcohol report must be handed over to
Pelikan Autos Offices in 48 hrs; The renter is
under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the
time of the accident or violates legal speed
limit, the renter will be liable for any damage
to the car. In the case of theft of the car, if
the car is found in 45 days ,the renter is
obliged to pay for 45days’rental cost. In order
to have additional person to drive the car along
with the original renter, the details of their
driving license and identification must be
registered in the agreement at the time of
preparing contract. Otherwise insurance become
void and the renter and additional driver will
be responsible legally and financially for all
damages. If the renter %100 inaccurate, the renter
is obliged to pay €200 insurance exemption and
also repair time is not charged.
6.Delivery
Free
delivery service is available at places where
Pelikan Autos offices exist. As long as the
renter gives notice, vehicles can be parked
hotels, stations, harbors etc. per km 0,2€ is
charged as service fee for deliveries To/from
places where there is no Pelikan Autos Office.
7.Traffic
Fines
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic
violations are customer’s liabilities. If the
vehicle is forbidden from traffic, this time is
included in rental duration. Pelikan Autos has
got the right to change conditions, informations
and vehicle model stated at time of reservation
without prior notice. Vehicles can’t be taken out
of country.
8.Vehicle
Acceptance at Airport
You will be met one of our staff your name
written on a sign board and maximum in 10
minutes you will get your car. Please have your
driving license, passport and copy of your flight
ticket with you fort he first time rental.
9.Delivery at Airport
One of our personal will be present at airport
half an hour before your contracted arrival time
in front of international lines. Please directly
got to international lines. Do not enter auto
park. Please
inform our company about your early or late
arrivals.
10.What
is Included in the rates
Unlimited free kilometers, automobile insurance,7/24
road support, airport delivery and pick-up. Extras
free of charge map and snow chains.
11.How
Can I make Payment?
At the time of rental full payment are made. Deposit
can be paid by credit card.
12.What should I do in case of any
vehicle problems?
We regularly do maintenance of our vehicles to prevent you from having technical problems. Although we do so, in case of any technical problem, please call us. Our experienced repairing team will reach you
wherever you are to sort out the problem. If the repairing time extends, you will be provided with a vehicle from the same group.
13.What
has to be done in case of an accident?
Vehicle must not be moved from the accident site
and must be reached traffic police on 154.Traffic
and alcohol report and insurance copy of third
parties involved in accident must be obtained
.Pelikan Autos must be informed.
14.Can
rented car be used by another person?
The details of the person’s driving license (s)
must be registered in the rental agreement. In
addition , for group B,C,D drivers age limit is
22, for other groups age limit is 28.
15.Reservation
If there is no required car , another car from
the same group is given. Pre-payment is not a
must for definite reservation. Reservation
cancellation fee is not charged. |
